  • promptly update your account and payment details to ensure timely processing.

 

 

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You may pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@originalsourcecollective.com.

Subscription orders are non-returnable, but we will resolve any issues related to damaged or incorrect shipments (see Refund Policy).

 

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Once an item is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the carrier.

 

 

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Coffee is perishable, and we cannot accept returns of opened bags.

Our full Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms and available on our website.

 

 

10. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., Shopify apps) which we neither monitor nor control.

Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
