Medical care for the communities behind Heritage 1805.

Our Dominican Republic roots run deep, and so does our responsibility to the region. For every bag sold online, $1 goes directly to Samana Smiles, a volunteer-run medical organization providing life-saving procedures to families in underserved Dominican communities who would otherwise go without care.

What happens after the last cup.

Spent coffee grounds are one of the most useful waste streams in any kitchen: rich in nitrogen, lover of compost piles, friend to tomatoes and roses, but most coffee ends in the trash.

Ours is starting somewhere different. We're piloting a program with city-garden compost projects: spent OSC grounds returned, broken down, and fed back into the trees and soil that grow next year's harvest.
