COFFEE VARIETIES AVAILABLE

  • Coffee canister with 'Heritage 1805' branding on a table with a blurred coffee-making setup in the background.

    Heritage 1805

The Hidden Heirloom of the Island

    Smooth, creamy, quietly extraordinary.

Grown by pioneering farmer Señora Alexandra in the Barohuco Mountains of the Dominican Republic, this Typica varietal traces its lineage back to the very first Arabica trees planted on the island in 1805. With notes of chocolate, caramel, and tropical fruit, this cup feels like rediscovering a long-kept secret.

  • Sagrada Harvest Gesha coffee canister on a kitchen counter with coffee-making equipment.

    Sagrada Harvest

A Sacred Discovery from the Andes

    Light, floral, utterly transportive.

Cultivated by Yanesha Indigenous farmers in the Tsachopen Native Community, this certified organic and fair-trade Gesha is grown in agroforestry systems guided by ancestral rituals. Expect jasmine, verbena, maple sweetness, and bright citrus — a cup that feels found rather than crafted.

  • Cocoa Canuco container in a kitchen on a wooden surface with decorative items in the background

    Cocoa Canuco

    Mocha From the Mountains

    Rich, decadent, island-born.

This rare Dominican fusion unites Cibao Altura Arabica with roasted Dominican cacao, grown using ancient Taíno Canuco methods. Notes of chocolate, citrus, almond, and toasted sugar reveal a mocha-like depth with a silky finish.
