WHY YOU'LL LOVE OUR COFFEE

  • HEIRLOOM. HIGH-ELEVATION. HAND INFUSED.

Three single-origin varietals: heirloom Typica traced to the first Arabica trees in the Dominican Republic (1805), Top-1% SCA Gesha grown above 1,600m in Peru, and Cibao Altura hand-infused with Dominican cacao. Naturally rich in polyphenols, balanced for slow mornings and long afternoons.

  • WE KNOW EVERY FARMER BY NAME.

From the Barohuco Mountains of the Dominican Republic to the forests of the Peruvian Amazon, OSC sources from heritage farms using ancient, regenerative practices. Every bag is traceable to the land, and the people that grew it.

  • Woman and child embracing with a blurred background of people

    WHERE YOUR DOLLAR LANDS.

$1 from every bag funds volunteer-led medical care through Samana Smiles in the Dominican Republic. A portion of every Coffee Club item purchased protects rainforest wildlife through RAREC. And we're piloting a Full Circle program to return spent grounds to the soil. We can show you exactly where it goes.

Coffee in Color

Cocoa Canuco

Raw cacao deepens to chocolate, almonds in red, sweet citrus barely lit underneath. Reads like the inside of a chocolate bar warming on wood.

Heritage 1805

Ochre at the body, hazelnut in orange, chocolate falling into raw cacao. A green bell pepper edge keeps it lifted.

Sagrada Harvest Gesha

Green acacia wood up front, sweet citrus orange behind it, toasted cacao at the close. The only green in the lineup.

FULL CIRCLE.

Spent coffee grounds are one of the most useful waste streams in any kitchen: rich in nitrogen, lover of compost piles, friend to tomatoes and roses, but most coffee ends in the trash.

Ours is starting somewhere different. We're piloting a program with city-garden compost projects: spent OSC grounds returned, broken down, and fed back into the trees and soil that grow next year's harvest.

It's small. It's just starting. And it's the part of the cup nobody usually sees.
