Do your coffees contain nuts or other allergens?

No,  unless specifically stated on the package, our coffees contain no nuts, peanuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, or any other allergens. What you’re tasting is simply the natural character of the bean.

Many coffees develop tasting notes like almond, hazelnut, or toasted nuts, but these are flavor notes, not added ingredients. They come from the bean’s origin, altitude, soil, and roast profile, not from actual nuts.

All OSC coffees are made from 100% coffee, with one exception. Cocoa Canuco, our Mocha blend is a coffee crafted with 100% natural Dominican cacao and contains no nuts.

Our coffees are not flavored, and nothing is added during roasting. They are roasted in facilities that do not process nuts.

So unless you have a coffee allergy itself, our coffees are safe to enjoy, tasting notes and all.
