Our coffee is exactly what it claims to be: 100% coffee, nothing added. Every bag contains pure, single-origin beans roasted in small batches in the Dominican Republic. There are no nuts, no dairy, no flavorings, no additives, and no hidden ingredients of any kind.

When you see tasting notes like chocolate, citrus, or florals, those are natural flavor characteristics of the bean itself, shaped by altitude, soil, and origin, not added flavors. Unless you are allergic to coffee, our beans are safe to enjoy.

Black coffee contains zero calories, zero sugar, zero carbs, and zero gluten, unless you choose to add sweetener or milk during preparation.

Cocoa Canuco is the one exception in our lineup. This mocha blend is crafted using 100% Arabica coffee infused with 100% natural Dominican cacao, nothing more. No artificial flavors, oils, or sweeteners,  just the pairing of two crops that naturally grow together in the Dominican highlands.
